For the past four years, I’ve watched my husband learn to fly, fly to learn, buy-in on an airplane and take our family for ‘$100 ice cream treats’! We’ve been to several places including Provincetown, MA, Lockhaven, PA and even to gorgeous Block Island off Rhode Island!
While applauding, supporting and reveling in his newly rediscovered journey into the world of flying, I’ve enjoyed watching the gliders circling above Saratoga County Airport.
So, this is my journey into and through the learning curve of flying – without an engine!
